Thanks to the massive success of X-Men ’97, fans have rediscovered their love for ’90s-era Marvel mutants. Even James Marsden will wear his ’90s Cyclops costume made famous by artist Jim Lee in Avengers: Doomsday. And now, the folks at Funko are revealing a new batch of Funko Bitty POP! singles that extend the world we already love so much, featuring a stellar line-up of iconic heroes and villains celebrating the ’90s X-Men phenomenon. You can check out the first images of each new Funko Bitty POP! X-Men characters down below, and just try to get that X-Men: The Animated Series theme song out of your head as you do so.
Funko Bitty POP! Singles: X-Men Are on the Way!
Each Funko Bitty POP! miniature mutant comes in mystery packaging and includes one collectible character. Among the X-Men themselves, we’ve got Cyclops, Jean Grey (in Phoenix form), Storm, Nightcrawler, Rogue, Gambit, Angel, and a glitter version of Iceman. On the side of the Brotherhood of Mutants, we’ve got Magneto, his two children, the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, along with the shapeshifter Mystique. Vinyl collectibles are approximately 0.9 and 3.5 in (2.3 and 8.9 cm) tall.
Funko Bitty POP! Arcade: Wolverine Will Complete Your Collection
You may be asking yourself, “Hey, where’s Logan?” After all, you need Wolverine to complete your perfect X-Men roster. Well, you can now also expand your Marvel X-Men collection with Bitty POP! Arcade Wolverine, evoking memories of the iconic Konami X-Men game from 1992. This Bitty POP! collectible is packaged in a hard acrylic display case with a detachable bottom lid. The detachable bottom lid doubles as an acrylic base, to which your Bitty POP! collectible is adhered.
You can also remove your Bitty POP! Wolverine from his case so he can take his place in the Bitty POP! Arcade Display. He needs his place of glory.
We Are Obsessed with Funko Bitty POP!’s X-Men Collectibles
Hopefully, we’ll get Funko Bitty POP! versions of Beast, Colossus, Psylocke, and Jubilee soon. When it comes to the X-Men, there’s no shortage of characters to choose from. And we never get tired of indulging in our ’90s nostalgia. We also will need at least three more glittery versions of characters, stat.
